Unzip the Software to your web folder
Windows: Set permissions to write on config.php and Smarty_tmp/templates_C
Unix,Linux,FreeBSD: chmod config.php and Smarty_tmp/templates_c to 777 after copying all files and folders.
Login to webring\admin with username:admin password:admin
change username and password for administrator.
delete or rename install.php for security.
